All net proceeds from Super Huit screenings go to Beit el Baraka, a Lebanese charity providing emergency food relief to displaced families across Lebanon.
Since March 2026, Beit el Baraka has served over 68,000 meals across 17 shelters, reaching families in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Tyre, Nabatiyeh, and the Beqaa Valley. Just $5 provides one person with breakfast, a hot meal, and dinner.

Who we are
Super Huit is a London-based community dedicated to Lebanese cinema, operating as a trading name of Open Source Events Ltd (company no. 11749924). Open Source Events Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you provide when booking tickets.
What we collect
When you book a ticket we collect your name and email address. Stripe processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your name and email to confirm your booking, send you your tickets, and contact you if the screening is affected (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling). Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (delivering the ticket you paid for).
If you opt in at booking, we will also add you to our mailing list to notify you about future Super Huit screenings. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email. Our legal basis for this is your consent.
Booking records are kept for up to 2 years for accounting and audit purposes, then deleted. Stripe retains payment records for longer (typically 7 years) in line with their own policy and UK financial regulations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise these rights or ask any question, email hello@superhuit.org. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout (a separate page) may set cookies for payment processing — see Stripe's policy for details.
Solicitation Agreement
This screening is organised by Open Source Events Ltd (company no. 11749924) in aid of Beit el Baraka, a charity providing food, medical, education and livelihood support to Lebanese families in financial distress.
Open Source Events Ltd will donate 100% of the net proceeds to Beit el Baraka. Based on a sold-out screening, we estimate the donation at approximately £7,000.
"Net proceeds" means ticket revenue less cinema hire, film rights, platform fees, marketing, other direct event costs, and international wire/FX charges.
